3:22 a.m. – Assist outside agency, Main and Fifth, Stanislaus County Sheriff advising they were in pursuit of a subject following a street bike traffic crash; assisted.

6:07 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible domestic incident on Main; report taken.

9:40 a.m. – Identity theft reported, subject in Escalon reported fraudulent charges following theft of wallet from vehicle in the Modesto area.

2:47 p.m. – Verbal dispute, Arlene Court.



12:26 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1900 block McHenry; checks OK.

12:43 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance reported, threatening texts received; log note only.

3:01 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, officer initiated activity at business on Jackson Avenue; checks OK.

8:58 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from La Mesa; checks OK.

9:46 a.m. – Assist outside agency, making contact with subject for Stanislaus County regarding whereabouts of vehicle.

10:56 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on California.



12:26 a.m. – Downtown security check; no problems noted.

12:46 a.m. – Security check at animal shelter, River Road; no problems noted.

10:31 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, Yosemite and Mitchell; report taken.

3:42 p.m. – Possible fire reported on Jackson Avenue, call transferred to Escalon fire, log note only.

10:12 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, McHenry; checks OK.

10:29 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, McHenry, vehicle horn blaring; log note only.

11:28 p.m. – Downtown security check, Main Street; log note only.

11:53 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle accident reported on Jackson, vehicle ran into tree branches. One arrest reported.



1:34 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, Mitchell and California; log note only.

2:20 a.m. – Petty theft, beer run on California; arrest made.

5:04 a.m. – Security check, Escalon High School; no problems noted.

5:40 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Edmart; verbal dispute, report taken.

11:21 a.m. – Residential alarm sounding on Noni; checks OK, false alarm.

5:13 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, McHenry and Ullrey; unable to locate.

6:41 p.m. – Security check, Dent Elementary; no problems noted.

8:36 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, new gym at EHS; police presence only requested due to argument.

9:08 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, Baker Avenue; checks OK.

10:58 p.m. – Suspicious person observed on Jackson; log note only.



1:15 a.m. – Assist outside agency on possible burglary in progress; assisted, no other information provided.

2:54 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, suspicious vehicle at Mitchell and California; checks OK.

3:19 a.m. – Suspicious person seen on Jackson; warned.

4:44 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, occurred at Escalon-Bellota and Magnolia; unable to locate.

4:59 p.m. – Assist outside agency, attempting to contact vehicle owner for vehicle parked in Riverbank.

10:22 p.m. – Security check, Hogan Park; no problems noted.

11:08 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Fourth Street, no answer on callback; area checks secure.



12:24 a.m. – Possible intoxicated driver, seen westbound on First from Escalon-Bellota; unable to locate.

3:33 a.m. – Security check of Hogan Park; area secure.

3:07 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, unknown subjects in the area shaking doorknobs on Jordanolo; report taken.

6:07 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, Highway 120 and Lawrence; vehicle reportedly eastbound at 100 mph; unable to locate.
