Oak Grove Nature Center, in cooperation with the Stockton Astronomical Society, is hosting a series of Astronomy in the Park Nights, with the next one set for Saturday, June 8 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Astronomy-themed activities and crafts will be hosted in the Nature Center through September, with stargazing starting after sunset. Activities are free but there is a $6 park entrance fee per vehicle.
Future dates are Saturday, July 13 from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.; Saturday, Aug. 10 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 7 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
