The Central California Art Association is presenting the Autumn Art Show and fundraising gala at the Mistlin Gallery in Modesto from Tuesday, Sept. 6 through Friday, Oct. 21. The exhibition is a CCAA members-only, competitive show that will feature many of the valley’s premier artists. The non-profit gallery is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday at 1015 J St., Modesto, free of charge. Four-hour parking validation is offered for the 11th Street garage between K and J streets.

The Gala Fundraiser featuring fine food and beverages, live music, awards ceremony, and silent auction will be Friday, Sept. 9 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The gala is the primary fundraiser for the year, supporting all the programs of CCAA including its art exhibitions, operations and education programs. Advance tickets for the gala are $30 and can be purchased online at http://ccaaautumngala.eventbrite.com. They are also available in advance or at the door of the Mistlin Gallery.
