The Escalon/Farmington Community Garden Club hosted a very informative speaker at their last meeting. Cheryl Gartner from Gartner Art Glass of Escalon spoke about how to make beautiful stained glass for windows. She displayed a variety of art decorations for windows and art decorations for the garden. She talked about making garden-stained glass, with bird designs, sunflowers, cherries, and stepping stones and beautiful butterflies. Gartner has a local shop and also teaches classes there, at 1744 California St., Escalon.
