Clay Walker, Marshall Tucker Band, Magic!, 98 Degrees and Robert Tapia will round out the shows on the Coors Light Variety Free Stage this week at the Stanislaus County Fair in Turlock, headlining the fair entertainment.
All shows are scheduled for 8:30 p.m., with Clay Walker on Wednesday, July 17; Marshall Tucker Band on Thursday, July 18; Magic! on Friday, July 19; 98 Degrees on Saturday, July 20 and Robert Tapia on Sunday, July 21.
Today, Wednesday, July 17 is also being celebrated as 209 Magazine Night at the Fair, with the first 1,000 guests receiving gifts from 209 Magazine and a livestream planned from the fair including a segment from Oakdale Leader/Riverbank News/Escalon Times reporter Virginia Still.
Other special events planned for the rest of the week include: Thursday, July 18, kids 12 and under admitted free, sponsored by Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center. The first 1,000 kids receive gifts from Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center. Donate one or more toys to The Salvation Army and receive two free carnival ride tickets.
On Friday, July 19 the first 1,000 guests receive gifts from Modesto Nuts. Saturday, July 20 will be Senior Day with senior citizens 65+ admitted free and getting a free ride on the carousel. The first 1,000 guests receive gifts from Valley First Credit Union. Sunday, July 21 will be Free ‘til 3 p.m. All guests are admitted free until 3 p.m. sponsored by FOX40. The first 1,000 guests receive gifts from Bud Light.
Carnival hours are 5 p.m. to midnight; exhibit building hours are 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
