MONDAY, APRIL 18

12:16 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, two youths seen running on Stanislaus from the area of the high school; area check conducted, no damage found on campus and unable to locate the suspects.

12:33 a.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main.

1:39 a.m. – Check of downtown area; no problems noted.

4:25 a.m. – Check of Hogan Park; secure.

7:59 a.m. – Extra patrol in the 1500 block of Yosemite; checks OK.

 

SUNDAY, APRIL 17

1:07 a.m. – Security check at Escalon High School; checks OK.

1:17 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 1000 block La Mesa.

1:38 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, First and Daniels; log note only.

2:22 a.m. – Downtown security check; no problems noted.

2:43 a.m. – Security check, 1900 block McHenry; checks OK.

9:16 a.m. – Assist outside agency, check railroad tracks in area of Brennan and Highway 120 for subject reportedly placing log on the tracks; assist to San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.

7:19 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, westbound on Highway 120; checks OK.

8:01 p.m. – Fireworks violation, report of aerial fireworks on Genevieve; unable to locate.

 

SATURDAY, APRIL 16

12:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, citizen reported subject in area of Kern asking about impound yard, appeared to be carrying bag possibly containing tools.

4:42 a.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to sheriff’s department on possible disturbance call in the 15000 block of South Escalon-Bellota Road.

11:23 a.m. – Burglary reported at storage unit, 1100 block First.

12:25 p.m. – Vehicle burglary reported on Genevieve.

5:43 p.m. – Extra patrol at McHenry and River.

6:04 p.m. – Security check at the gun range on McHenry; checks OK.

6:23 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported in the 2500 block of Jackson.

10:31 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, area of Tamara Court; log note only, party in area breaking up.

11 p.m. – Security check in the 1200 block of Plaza; no problems noted.

11:22 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 1900 block Deborah; warned.

11:44 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 1500 block Second; checks OK.

 

FRIDAY, APRIL 15

12:25 a.m. – Security check in the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

1:46 a.m. – Residence alarm, 2100 block Lydia; assisted.

3:42 a.m. – Security check downtown; 1700 block Main. No problems noted.

3:44 a.m. – Extra patrol on Coley; checks OK.

7:14 a.m. – Downtown security check; 1700 block Main; checks OK.

8:47 a.m. – Traffic hazard, wires reported hanging down into roadway, Tokay and Sanchez; unknown if electrical or communication wires.

9:23 a.m. – Disturbing the peace, family fight on St. John; assisted.

11:27 a.m. – Burglary to storage unit, 1100 block First.

4:03 p.m. – Public assist, out with lost tractor trailer driver in the area of Brennan and Ullrey.

4:31 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, McHenry and First; log note only.

5:06 p.m. – Theft complaint, items taken from vehicle in the 1400 block of Walnut.

8:37 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department for subject that walked away from a care home in the 30000 block of East Highway 120.

9:50 p.m. – Disturbance report on Walnut; log note only.

 

THURSDAY, APRIL 14

1:32 a.m. – Security check, 800 block First; no problems noted.

1:47 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, 400 block Valdapena; checks OK.

3:44 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, 2200 block Jackson; out with three, checks secure.

8:15 a.m. – Extra patrol, 800 block First; checks OK.

11:33 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up; on callback, determined to be misdial only, secure.

12:23 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 1500 block Yosemite; report taken.

2:03 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of St. John and Narcissus; transferred open line to San Joaquin County Sheriff.

2:18 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from cell phone, 900 block Ullrey; checks secure, misdial only.

3:14 p.m. – Burglary reported, storage unit broken into in the 1100 block of First; report taken.

3:20 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up; on callback, caller disconnected. Phone registered to subject in the 16000 block of Henry; referred to San Joaquin County sheriff’s department.

3:52 p.m. – Vandalism report, 1100 block First.

4:16 p.m. – 9-1-1 open line from cell phone, nothing heard; no answer on callback. Phone registered to subject in the 1600 block of Brayton.

7:15 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, unknown subjects going door-to-door in area, leaving air/heating business flyers, Fourth and Edmart; advised to get permit through the city, leaving the area for the night.

7:44 p.m. – Security check of two vehicles seen in the area, 1100 block First; checks OK.

10:06 p.m. – Security check in the 1200 block of Yosemite; checks OK.

10:08 p.m. – Missing person report from the 2100 block of Arroya; later canceled.

10:23 p.m. – Officer initiated activity in the 1100 block of First; two subjects inside, checks OK.

10:38 p.m. – Extra patrol on Narcissus; checks OK.

 

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13

5:12 a.m. – Security check at business complex, 1900 block McHenry; checks OK.

5:18 a.m. – Downtown security check; no problems noted.

9:52 a.m. – Meet a citizen, officer requested at the police station, 2000 block McHenry.

3:46 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up, no answer on callback, unable to leave message due to mailbox being full.

6:18 p.m. – Attempted warrant service on San Miguel Street; arrest made. Police said Michael Cruz, 46, was wanted on an outstanding no bail warrant from the California Department Corrections and Rehabilitation. Cruz was located at the residence, taken into custody and transported to San Joaquin County Jail.

8:42 p.m. – Bike stop, First and Irwin; warned.

9:47 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported, Oklahoma and First; subjects contacted, advised to leave the area.

11:03 p.m. – Security check in the 1200 block of Plaza; business complex checks OK.
