SUNDAY, OCT. 6

1:11 a.m. – Public Works callout for water leak in the area of Miller and Chalane; log note only.

8:26 a.m. – Petty theft complaint, bicycle taken from porch overnight on Yosemite; report taken.

9:09 a.m. – Reckless driving, CHP Modesto reported a vehicle being driven aggressively in the area, 1900 block McHenry; unable to locate.

11:51 a.m. – Public assist regarding possible threats; officer made contact via phone call, assisted.

1:55 p.m. – Check of Main Street Park area, all secure.

2:47 p.m. – Welfare check due to a medical alarm alert, area of Jackson and Brayton; checks OK.

3:12 p.m. – Petty theft complaint, bicycle taken from the 1500 block of Yosemite; report taken.

6:24 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, seen on Fisk, then turned on to First Street, going door to door asking to go through recyclables; log note only.

8:10 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued by Manteca Police Department regarding a vehicle being sought in a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident in Manteca, last seen eastbound on Yosemite; assisted.

 

SATURDAY, OCT. 5

8:17 a.m. – Mail theft complaint, occurred prior on Clough; report taken.

10:38 a.m. – Public assist, subject with questions regarding vehicle release; advised.

12:29 p.m. – Welfare check request for subject reporting possible threats; assisted.

1:29 p.m. – Suspicious person reported, walking westbound on Highway 120; advised.

1:52 p.m. – Public assist in the 1000 block of Escalon Avenue.

6:54 p.m. – Public assist at police station, 2000 block McHenry.

11:26 p.m. – Public assist, CHP reported clearing a party in the area of Sawyer Avenue and Pleasant Valley Road; officers anticipating some vehicles from scene heading toward Escalon; log note only.

11:33 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, stranded/disabled motorist in the 1900 block of McHenry; flat tire, assisted with changing the tire to get vehicle back on the road.

 

FRIDAY, OCT. 4

1:25 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of suspicious vehicle at a business in the 1900 block of McHenry; business checks OK.

1:50 a.m. – Suspicious person reported, going through trash cans in the area of California and Mitchell; unable to locate anyone.

3:37 a.m. – Pedestrian/vehicle check with an arrest reported.

7:51 a.m. – Suspicious person reported, male sitting on the sidewalk near the parking lot close to the Dent Elementary school bus stop; unable to locate.

9:01 a.m. – Public Works callout for damaged sprinklers, Deborah Circle; advised.

9:55 a.m. – Follow up at police station regarding vehicle release questions.

11:26 a.m. – Battery complaint, 1500 block Yosemite; report taken.

1:18 p.m. – Vehicle tampering complaint, rear license plate taken, Yosemite Avenue; report taken.

1:24 p.m. – Court order violation complaint on St. Clair; report taken.

3:23 p.m. – Welfare check request for subject possibly asleep in a vehicle in the area of Highway 120 and McHenry; no longer on scene, log note only.

9:10 p.m. – Report of possible shots fired, area of Swanson and Crestwood; checks OK.

11:16 p.m. – Security check at business, 2200 block Jackson; checks OK.

 

THURSDAY, OCT. 3

1:46 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, subject possibly knocking on door on Rosina; unable to locate anyone in the area.

12:14 p.m. – Hazard reported, traffic lights malfunctioning at First and McHenry with traffic backing up in the area; log note only.

2:50 p.m. – Public assist on California.

3:21 p.m. – Public assist at police station regarding questions on vehicle release.

6:18 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from Oakdale Police Department for reckless driver, last seen driving at a high rate of speed, northbound Yosemite; log note only.

6:56 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, Highway 120 and Elizabeth; unable to locate.

10:21 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of suspicious vehicle in the 1500 block of Yosemite; checks OK.

11:26 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area, 1000 block Escalon Avenue, Hogan-Ennis Park; unable to locate anyone.
