10:34 a.m. – Non-injury vehicle accident reported, vehicle vs. tree on Jackson Avenue; report taken.

10:46 a.m. – Public assist on First Street.

4:41 p.m. – Traffic hazard reported at Highway 120 and Main; assisted.

7:53 p.m. – Parking violation complaint on Sacramento; owner re-parked vehicle, advised.

9:09 p.m. – Extra patrol in the 1700 block of Main; officer initiated activity in the downtown area.

 

SATURDAY, APRIL 19

7:10 a.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block of Main; checks OK.

8:37 a.m. – Public assist at police station.

9:09 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1500 block First; checks OK.

10:12 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, in the area of Santa Fe and Vine; appears secure.

10:59 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Westbrook; report taken.

1:36 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, vehicle eastbound on Highway 120 and Beeler; warned.

1:54 p.m. – Residential alarm sounding on Catherine Way; determined to be carbon monoxide monitor, log note only.

6 p.m. – Follow up at police station, 2000 block McHenry Avenue.

6:38 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, St. John and Main; loud music in the area, log note only.

 

FRIDAY, APRIL 18

7:37 a.m. – Vandalism complaint, vehicle egged overnight on Winterbrook; assisted.

10:24 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, report of a subject sleeping in back of a store in the 1900 block of McHenry; assisted.

10:26 a.m. – Public Works callout on First Street due to a water leak being reported in the area.

2:20 p.m. – Residential alarm sounding on Kern; checks OK.

2:24 p.m. – Traffic complaint, vehicle seen with juvenile possibly standing up in the passenger seat, not in a child safety seat, vehicle reported southbound on McHenry; unable to locate.

4:19 p.m. – Follow up, officer asked to make contact with subject via phone call regarding a prior arrest.

5:11 p.m. – Parking violation complaint, vehicle blocking view of traffic in the area of Sacramento and Highway 120; log note only, no obstruction found.

5:46 p.m. – Suspicious person, officer initiated activity on First Street; checks OK.

6:27 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1900 block McHenry; checks OK.

6:38 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Adriana Way; checks OK, determined to be accidental dial.

7:16 p.m. – Assist outside agency, via follow up phone call.

7:33 p.m. – 9-1-1 open line from the area of Yosemite Avenue; determined to be child playing with the phone, no assistance needed.

8:31 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 3300 block of McHenry; checks OK.

8:46 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued by CHP regarding reckless driver, eastbound on Highway 120 east of Beeler; unable to locate.

 

THURSDAY, APRIL 17

9:06 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance in the 800 block of First; report taken.

9:25 a.m. – Report of a suspicious vehicle seen in the area of Nathaniel and Matthew; male possibly living in vehicle parked in the area, checks OK.

11:08 a.m. – Security check at police gun range on River Road; checks OK.

12:36 p.m. – Report of a possible telephone scam, subject received text messages about owing money; report taken.

12:36 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported, Sierra and North, vehicle parked in the area for three to four days; checks OK.

12:48 p.m. – Suspicious person reported, area of La Mesa; checks OK.

1:15 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, follow up in the 800 block of First.

3:21 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle accident reported, Main and Fourth; assisted.

4:02 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 1900 block McHenry; assisted.

4:34 pm. – Traffic hazard reported, small tire in roadway blocking eastbound traffic in the area of Highway 120 and David.

4:45 p.m. – Public assist via phone call regarding questions about a citation.

11:01 p.m. – Report of juveniles banging on the door of a home in the area of Oakwood Drive; unable to locate.
