Several public events and a few ticketed gatherings are on the schedule at Lorina’s Edible Garden, 17397 Enterprise Road, Escalon.
The first ticketed event is Tea and Trumpets, a tea party fundraiser for the arts, scheduled for Saturday, March 11. Also, a Farm to Fork Dinner will be hosted at 7 p.m. on Sept. 9. In December, a Hot Chocolate Luncheon is planned at noon on both Dec. 7 and Dec. 10. For more information on these ticketed events, call 209-402-7567.
Public events, open at no charge, will kick off on Saturday, March 18 with Spring at the Barn from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with planting demonstrations and shopping with vendors. Easter at the Barn is April 8, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with vendors, an egg hunt, raffles and more.
Mother’s Day at the Barn runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 13 with a luncheon, raffle, vendors and free gifts for moms. Cars at the Barn runs 8 a.m. to noon on June 24 with vendors, cars and coffee. Evening at the Barn runs 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on July 8 with a cooking demo, sangria, shopping and music; a second Evening at the Barn on Aug. 12, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., will feature a demonstration, shopping, refreshments and music.
In the fall, Pumpkins at the Barn and fall workshops will go on throughout the month of October. Market at the Barn returns for a weekend in early November and Christmas at the Barn runs for two weekends in December.
