The Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) will conduct a remote public hearing to receive comments and input on the development of the Draft Annual 2023 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) State Plan Application for Federal Fiscal Year 2023. The remote hearing is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. This meeting is open to the public and will be held online via Zoom.

There will be an opportunity to make comments during the hearing. Persons presenting oral testimony are requested to submit a written statement of their presentation at the conclusion of their testimony via email to Debra.Parr@csd.ca.gov.
