Entertainment provided by the strumming ukulele group was on the agenda for the September gathering of the Senior Fun Bunch at the Escalon Community Center, with a ‘School Days’ theme also featured a refreshment table decorated as a school bus. The senior event is a new monthly outreach, offering entertainment and camaraderie to the region’s senior citizens who might not otherwise get out for socializing. There are a few more events planned for the rest of the year as well.
