Local youngsters and teens will have the opportunity to get involved in some athletic activity this summer.

The 2024 Youth Football Camp hosted at Escalon High School is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, June 18 and 19, running from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., each day. The camp is open to incoming third through eighth grade students, with both boys football and girls flag football camps on the schedule.

Summer volleyball clinics are also being offered, in three sessions on Saturdays in June, scheduled at the EHS gym on June 15, 22 and 29. Sign-ups will be taken at the door and the cost is $30 cash at the time of each clinic.

Fourth through sixth graders will attend camp from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; seventh and eighth graders from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; ninth and 10th graders will take the court from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
