Spring market coming to Angels Camp
spring 4-9

The eighth annual Crafty Chicks Spring Market is on the schedule for Saturday, April 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It will be staged at the Calaveras County Fairgrounds, 2465 Gun Club Road, Angels Camp; featuring garden items, gift ideas, home goods and artisanal foods.

Organizers said the event is “very unique in that we gather some of the most interesting and talented makers and collectors that we can find” so attendees can have a wonderful and inspiring experience.

The Saturday event will be a great opportunity to pick up goodies for your Easter table as well as for stuffing Easter baskets.

You’ll find gifts for graduation, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. There will also be lots of vintage, repurposed and curated items perfect for your home or garden.

Lunch will be available from a variety of food trucks and shoppers can also participate in a raffle that will benefit book purchases for Mark Twain Elementary students and Copperopolis Elementary library.

Local non-profits Calaveras County Garden Club will be selling plants and flowers and the Independent Hall Quilters will be holding a quilt and accessories sale.
