National Recognition

For the second consecutive year, The Princeton Review has recognized Stanislaus State’s Online Master of Business Administration (OMBA) as one of the top 163 online MBA programs in the nation for 2024. The University is one of eight California OMBA programs to earn a spot on the prestigious list. Approximately 80 percent of the students enrolled in the OMBA program are employed full-time, making it an appealing option for working students seeking flexibility as they pursue a degree.

Warriors Give Back

Stanislaus State’s Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) and the University Student Center (SC) have joined forces to ensure local elementary school children have the supplies they need when they start the new school year next month by organizing their annual Backpack and School Supply Drive. ASI and SC invite their fellow Warriors, faculty and staff to donate essential items such as pencils, crayons, markers, glue sticks, backpacks and notebooks that will be distributed school-age kids at three schools in Turlock. The drive continues until Aug. 2 and is the Warriors way to help out, ‘One Backpack at a Time.’

Disability Pride Month

Navigating the complexities of college life can be daunting for any student, but for Jeanette Jones, her journey includes another challenging layer. Jones, a graduate student pursuing a master’s in marriage and family therapy at Stanislaus State, is blind and has mobility challenges due to a genetic condition. But that hasn’t stopped her from pursuing her goals. July is Disability Pride Month, and Jones is one of many campus community members celebrating by sharing their personal stories to showcase their pride and remove the stigma of living with a disability.
