At the recent meeting of the Escalon Consolidated Fire Protection District Board, it was the swearing in of members Jason Koops and Laura Catrina, both of whom were unopposed in the November election. On hand for the December meeting to conduct the oath of office was San Joaquin County Supervisor Robert Rickman, who represents Escalon on the county board.
