San Joaquin County Park officials have announced the closure of boat mooring facilities at Westgate Landing Regional Park in Lodi, citing safety concerns with its dock. There is no estimated time for reopening.
Westgate’s fishing dock was shuttered last month for repairs and remains closed at this time, officials said. Bank fishing and other day-use activities are still available at the park, as is dry camping.

Westgate Landing Regional Park is at 15799 N. Glasscock Road in Lodi (north of Highway 12 near Terminous). Park hours are 8 a.m. to sunset; day-use parking fee is $5 cash weekdays, $6 cash weekends and holidays.
Camping availability is by reservation only. Reservations can be made weekdays, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by calling (209) 953-8800, option 1 or visiting the Park Office (located inside Micke Grove Regional Park, 11793 N. Micke Grove Road, Lodi). Online reservations are also available at www.sjparks.com. Full payment is due at the time of booking, $10 processing fee will also apply.
