Charles T. Dugo entered into rest on March 4, 2025. Born in Escalon, California to Thomas and Lydia Dugo on June 11, 1938. Charles was the First Grandchild/Grandson born into the Dugo Family.
Charles resided in Escalon and attended Dent Elementary School and Escalon High School. Graduated “Class of 1957”. Charles (Tyke/Tiger) enlisted into the Army Reserves in 1966. He was employed with New Deal Markets of Modesto as Store Manager until his retirement from the grocery business. The year of 1983 Charles joined the family business known as “Thos. P. Dugo & Son Signs” of Escalon, California. Charles worked, with his sister Rose by his side, in the business until his passing at the age of 87 years young.
Charles enjoyed his life with his wife Kay and their children. Charles spent many Hunting and Fishing trips with numerous Uncles and Cousins. Charles loved the game of Golf and a good Cigar in hand! Charles was always the life of the party …
Charles leaves behind his wife Kay Dugo and adult children Robert (Lisa), Shari, Chuck (David). His sisters, Helen Dugo Bordona (Tom) and Rosalie Dugo Ennis (David). He leaves behind many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Uncle Joe Dugo, Aunt Mary Dugo Bambacigno, Nephews, Nieces and Cousins.
Charles is preceded in death by his Parents Thomas and Lydia Dugo, his Brother Melvin Dugo and his Sister Margaret Dugo Catrina.
Charles’s Rosary-Mass will be held April 4, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Ripon, California. Burial will follow at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery Escalon, California.
