Charlotte Marie Brignolo (Hines) passed away on March 11, 2016 surrounded with both the presence and the love of her family. Charlotte was born December 16, 1944 to Paul and Ophia Hines in Napa, California. She grew up in Riverbank and graduated from Oakdale High School in 1962. Charlotte married her soul mate, Vince in 1964 and together they made their home in Escalon, California. Charlotte and Vince’s lives were blessed with two daughters, Laurie and Teresa. And eventually four grandsons, Jacob, Derek, Jordan and Aaron. To say that these boys were the light of her life is an understatement. They were her pride and joy and filled her with love and laughter even on her hardest days.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 51 years, Vincent Brignolo, Jr, daughters Laurie Brignolo (Robert Holmes) and Teresa Brignolo-Seely (Todd Seely). She also leaves behind, four grandsons, Jacob Holmes, Derek Seely, Jordan Holmes and Aaron Seely as well as two sisters, Arlene Cooper and Paula Downs. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Ophie Hines, sister Mildred Faubion, brother Thomas Hines as well as her grandson Justin Seely. Charlotte’s greatest joy came from spending time with family. She was a talented artist and had a passion for drawing and painting in her younger years. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed by many.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Deegan Funeral Chapel. A visitation is scheduled for Monday, March 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Deegan Funeral Chapel in Escalon. A graveside service is scheduled for Tuesday, March 22 at 11 a.m. at Burwood Cemetery in Escalon.
