Esther Wendland passed away on February 24, 2025 at the age of 82. She was born January 16, 1943. As a loving mother, Esther is survived by her son Dennis Wendland, and her daughter Denise Burtson; grandmother to five and great grandmother to five. Esther was a devoted wife to Donald Wendland.

As a lifelong Escalon resident, Esther will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind and anyone who was privileged to know her.

A short graveside ceremony will be held Friday, March 21 at 11 a.m. at Burwood Cemetery, 28320 East River Road, Escalon.
