Mabel May Plemmons, 85, died on Saturday, Jan. 7 at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
She was born on April 11, 1926 in Frediona, Kansas and was a resident of Modesto for the past 11 years and a previous resident of Escalon for 42 years prior. She loved golfing, traveling and being with her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughter Ronna and her husband William Berberich of Manteca, and grandchildren Kelly Stipe of Stockton and Stephanie and Johnny Colcleasure of Modesto; as well as her three great grandsons.
Mrs. Plemmons was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Lee Plemmons; her parents; and her nine siblings.
Graveside service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 12 at 2 p.m. at Burwood Cemetery, 28320 E. River Road in Escalon.
