Stuart Anderson, 74, passed away on Friday, Nov. 11 in Modesto.
He was born on Dec. 11, 1936 in French Camp and had been a resident of Escalon for 68 years, was a veteran of the Army and retired from Merced County as a Building Inspector.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Anderson of Escalon; his daughters Martha Wolfson and Susan Wagner, both of San Diego; his brothers Lloyd Anderson of Modesto and Mark Anderson of Grand Junction Colorado; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Bine Anderson.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. at Deegan Funeral Chapel, 1441 San Joaquin Street in Escalon with his burial following at Burwood Cemetery in Escalon.
