William Kelly, 78, of Roseville passed away on Thursday, Aug. 21.
Born on Sept. 12, 1929, he had a long career in law enforcement and construction.
He was a senior volunteer for the Escalon and Roseville police departments.
Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Jane Kelly; children, Liz Turner of Antelope, Kelly Ann (Steve) Bowers of Escalon and Kathleen (Kurt) Lofing of Sacramento; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, Aug. 26 at Mt. Vernon Funeral Home in Fair Oaks.
