Flag football was a first-year sport for Escalon High School girls this season, the participants making history as they stepped on the field. The Varsity girls made the playoffs and lost in the semifinals at Engel Field, just short of a chance to bring home a blue banner in their first season.

Both the varsity girls, under head coach Steve Largent, and the JV girls, with coach Joseph Dalpogetti, put together outstanding campaigns.
